A Bit About Trit
Tristan, known as "Trit," is currently a professional hockey player with the Greenville Swamp Rabbits. He completed his degree at the University of Guelph - majoring in Human Kinetics with a minor in Neuroscience - exploring the realms of the body and the mind. With nearly a decade of coaching experience, he has worked with hundreds of athletes on and off the ice. His success in hockey saw him playing for the Moncton Wildcats in the CHL. Guided by professional coaching, Trit immersed himself in the study of athletic success, collaborating with sports psychologists, professors, athletic trainers, nutritionists, and naturopaths.
