A Bit About Trit

Tristan, known as "Trit," is currently a varsity hockey player at the University of Guelph, majoring in Human Kinetics with a minor in Neuroscience—exploring the realms of both the body and the mind. With nearly a decade of coaching experience, he has worked with hundreds of athletes on and off the ice. His success in hockey saw him playing for the Moncton Wildcats in the CHL. Guided by professional coaching, Trit immersed himself in the study of athletic success, collaborating with sports psychologists, professors, athletic trainers, nutritionists, and naturopaths. 

"I struggled with my transition from minor to junior. I lacked the confidence and strength to perform at a higher level. I started to take my mental performance, strength training, and nutrition seriously. From there, I achieved D1 offers, NHL interviews, and a full scholarship to continue to pursue my professional aspirations in business and hockey."
