This program is meant to be for athletes looking to get faster and stronger at home but with limited space and equipment. All the workouts can be done with 20-40 lb dumbbells (or backpacks with heavy books), a band (or a towel). You don't need a ton of weight to get stronger, you just need the right programming with the right tempos. Enjoy!
