Session 5️⃣: Control the CONTROLLABLE. Learn to let go of uncertainty and build SYSTEMS for proper skill development. Set a practice INTENTION for your on-ice skills.

Mental performance is becoming the next level of athlete development. For years, the mental aspect of sport has been neglected, with a clear emphasis on physical training. Times are changing, and you should change with it. There is no longer an advantage for those who only train physically. The greatest athletes have mastered their mental game, their focus, and their routines. In my mental performance program, I build confident athletes on the ice, field, court or course.
